How this site is built, and credit where it's due.
Stack. It's a static site generated by Jekyll and hosted on GitHub Pages, built automatically by GitHub Actions on every push. Notes and posts are plain Markdown. No database, no tracking, no cookies.
Type. Headings and long-form prose are set in Newsreader; the interface uses Inter. The accent is a deep ink blue.
Foundation. The underlying digital-garden machinery — wiki-style links Private or unpublished, backlinks, note previews, and search — comes from the open-source Jekyll Garden theme (MIT), created by Raghuveer S, Hiran Venugopalan, and Asim K T. I've reworked the design and made it my own, but the good bones are theirs. The dark-mode switcher is adapted from Derek Kedziora's work.
